Is printing coupons illegal?

I seen a comercial of CouponSuzy.com, and I thought to myself “Isn’t that illegal?”. But if it’s illegal why is it televised?

Basically my question is, printing coupons illegal, I mean the one the companies give you is already made for you, and the one from the website you can get it over and over again. :/
