Are there any promotional coupon codes on Amazon.com for first time buyers?

I’m trying to buy a product from amazon.com and this would be my first time buying something from there. I am just wondering if there are any coupon codes for first time buyers. I’m sure a lot of people are wondering the same thing!
I’ve googled and searched all over the place, but all the sites I looked at only had discounts for select products like books or cds. Personally, I’m buying a dressform, which I doubt there are any specific discounts on dressforms.. So yeah just let me know please and thanks!
